INAMP and AGE sign a strategic agreement to accelerate the digital transformation of the public administration in the Republic of Moldova
The National Institute of Public Administration and Management (INAMP) and the Electronic Government Agency (AGE) strengthen inter-institutional cooperation to accelerate the digital transformation of public administration
INAMP and AGE signed today, February 6, 2026, an Interinstitutional Collaboration Agreement, which establishes a strategic partnership framework in order to accelerate the digital transformation of the public administration in the Republic of Moldova.
The agreement is based on the recognition of the digital transformation of the public administration, correlated with the strengthening of the professional, especially digital, skills of civil servants and other categories of personnel, as a major public interest, essential for the modernization of the state, the increase of institutional capacity and the improvement of the quality of public services provided to citizens.
The partnership between INAMP and AGE is structured on the following strategic axes:
Increasing digital skills: Increasing the level of digital literacy and strengthening professional skills in public office.
Modernization of the training ecosystem: Digitization of processes and tools for training and professional development intended for civil servants and other categories of personnel.
Access to government solutions: Facilitating the access of civil servants and other categories of staff to the ecosystem of government digital solutions.
Innovation in professional development: Implementation of pilot activities to test new governmental technological solutions.
Initiatives and joint projects: Identification and implementation of strategic projects financed from budgetary and extrabudgetary sources.
Digital culture: Conducting joint information campaigns to promote the benefits of e-government.
This partnership represents a fundamental pillar in the transformation of the training process into a dynamic mechanism for adapting to the demands of the digital age. By correlating INAMP's expertise with AGE's technological solutions, professional development becomes a digital, accessible and friendly process, capable of providing civil servants and other categories of personnel with the set of skills necessary for a modern public administration.
On the occasion of signing the agreement, Mrs. Veronica Butnaru, Director of INAMP, declared:
