Prime Minister Dorin Recean had a meeting with the president of Eurojust - Ladislav Hamran

April 10, 2024, Chisinau - Prime Minister Dorin Recean had a meeting with the president of the European Union Agency for Cooperation in Criminal Justice Matters - "Eurojust". The parties discussed the intensification of collaboration in the field of justice, the reforms implemented by the Executive and the support offered by "Eurojust" in the investigation of cross-border crimes.

Prime Minister Dorin Recean mentioned that the acceleration of reforms in the field of justice is one of the Government's priorities. "We will continue to work, to achieve the results that the citizens expect", stated the head of the Executive.

The Cooperation Agreement between the Republic of Moldova and "Eurojust" entered into force in 2016. The institution offers support and exchange of information to prosecutors and judges from EU member states and third countries for the investigation of cross-border crimes.
